Tuesday Blog Game - Turn 2


You manage to open a passable hole in the wall. Most of the stones are large but some are smaller and could be easily thrown.

The hole opens into a corridor bathed in a pale green light. The source of the light appears to be a gem or crystal mounted in the opposite wall, approximately 10 feet to the left. The light shines into the room illuminating the contents.

Further to the left the corridor turns to the left. The shadows in that direction indicate movement of something heading in your direction.

To the right, the corridor continues into darkness.

  1. Is the light also green that is coming from further down the left corridor which is giving the shadows of movement?

    I suggest that we back up into the darkness of the right corridor so as to be able to see what is coming when it is illuminated by the gem / crystal.

    I cast detect magic on the gem / crystal.

    1. Yes, green light is shining from around the corner as well.

      Stepping back into the darkness, you cast detect magic and you do detect an aura of magic.

  3. Sneak up to the corner and wait to pummel the everloving shit out of whosoever is unfortunate enough to come into view. I will do nonlethal, as we need to interrogate someone.
