I'm leaning towards my summoner, unless the boon from the current arc cannot be transferred to him.
It's not set in stone though. A lot will depend on what Bruce, Steve, and David (The rest of The Reliables) are playing... and a little bit on what the Unreliables are playing.
I assumed the boon is going to Jack, since he is running the 3 lead-in adventures. Should I be running Jack through ruby phoenix? To make use of the boon.
I got the impression that the boon was a big advantage in the Ruby Phoenix tourney. If so, and if the boon MUST be assigned to the character that earned it, I'll prolly play Fantasticleez.
The boon is part of the chronicle. It would go to Fantasticleeze. Really has nothing to do with the Ruby Phoenix Tournament from a character perspective. The item you are working on activating is cool but mostly a story element.
Again the flow of the storyline goes Quest for Prefection 1-3, Ruby Phoenix Tournament and then Wonders in the Weave 1 & 2.

As you are artificially leveling the characters to 11th, the characters played for the module do not really matter. You can play any of your existing characters or a new one. The credit will be assigned to the appropriate character number and the gold awarded will be based upon the character's real level.
Dave: summoner (Scrawny Jax) Bruce: cleric (Otis) Steve: rogue (Max Plano) Kara: monk (new) Kelly: sorcerer (new) David: ...something broken, I bet Corey: probably his fighter. I'll have an 11th lvl version of Phi-Torr on my laptop

ReplyDeleteI would guess that David will play his alchemist, and that Steve will play a sorcerer or rogue.
