Dave has an arcanist too. You all could play them and and have a spell swap. Kelly could play his weaponless cleric and it will not matter what I play. I expect we would get our clocks cleaned.
I think we will be fine as long as we have a diverse group of characters. Not sure what would be wrong with Dave's Arcanist, Bruce's Barbarian/Cleric, David's Shaman, Kelly's Fighter/Bard and my Summoner. If Alan shows up he should play his Ranger/Rogue.
If we go low sub-tier we have a ton of options regardless of pregens. Everyone has at least on CORE character.
I will not be there. The people that were supposed to sub for us for our Fisher Usher positions bailed and we could not find replacements so we have to go.,

If we go high sub-tier, my options are Summoner (5), Fighter (3) or Warpriest (3).
Bruce has Arcanist (4), Barbarian/Cleric (4), Barbarian/Oracle (3), Druid (3), Fighter (3) or Brawler (3).
David has Shaman (5), Druid (5), Arcanist (5) or Medium (3)
Kelly has Monk (4), Fighter/Bard (4), Cleric (4) or something (3)
Alan has Ranger/Rogue (5), Paladin (5) or Magus (3)
My arcanist is a arc3/brd1.

That sounds like a good mix and I vote for hight tier.
