Things got into full swing last night. Based upon some further reading, I have a few notes about the Ruby Phoenix Tournament and Performance Combat:
- The group currently has 5 victory points.
- For this module, the party must have 3 victory points each to get the bump from indifferent starting crowd level to friendly. This is different from the rule from Ultimate Combat, p.157.
- As written, the party can only do performance combat for bouts held in the Grand Pavilion. (I have a document that list information for the exhibitions. I may or may not use that.)
Also,
ReplyDelete- You can perform swift actions on you turn.
- You can perform free actions on your turn. You may qualify to do multiple free actions in some circumstances. i.e. make performance combat checks for scoring a critical hit, drawing first blood and vanquishing an opponent (If you which to spend a victory point when it is not your turn, you can also perform a free action and an immediate action is you qualify for two.)
- Immediate actions can be performed anytime but count as your swift action for your next turn. If you perform an immediate action when it is not your turn, you may not perform another immediate action until after the end of you next turn.
