days to nights shift change

well i went around the other day saying farewell to the day shift people, cause i'm going to nights monday, and they were all 'why?, we like you on days', and i explained how i pissed off the one guy.

today an area supervisor came up and said she had heard that folks were not happy with me going to nights, and she asked if she should talk to someone about it. i told her who had made the decision and she said she would call him and change his mind, because tomorrow is his last day here, than it's her job.

a few minutes later i got an email saying 'the plant wants me on days, put the new guy on nights

so, i'll still be on days.
