Are we staying at this town? If i train Beatrice can He help me with brewing? Can i get a masterwork alchemist lab? Does it cost extra for a golden lab? What are characters doing next?
If your Eidolon takes the appropriate skill, he can assist you as long as he gets a result of 10 or higher on the skill check.
I believe that an Alchemist's Lab (200 GP) is the equivalent of a Masterwork tool for Alchemy. It provides a +2 bonus. The Portable Alchemist's Lab (75 GP) grants a +1 bonus.
You will likely be leaving this town. You will go where the next adventure takes you. That is TBD but will likely be the module The House on Hook Street (meant for characters from 6th to 8th with chronicles for tier 5-7 and tier 6-8 and a bonus chronicle if you apply both to the same PFS character for 7-9) followed by either the of the modules, Cult of the Ebon Destroyers(tier 7-9) or No Response from Deepmar (tier 7-9).
I am going to assume that the answer is yes. Regardless of where they are going next, your characters will pass through a city large enough to allow purchases under 6,000 GP.

Can we shop for magic items, like a Handy Haversack?
