There was a PFS announcement made today on the Paizo blog. Check it out - http://paizo.com/paizo/blog/v5748dyo5lh0h?Introducing-the-Core-Campaign
I am not sure how this will impact our group. It potentailly opens up a ton of play options assuming that you all want to play characters from the Core Rulebook.
This is probably a more feasible option than you think.
ReplyDeleteYou and Bruce are currently scrabbling for content to play on Tuesdays. Except for David, I dont think is a huge deal for any of the other players to play something from the Core book (they havent played enough to get bored with any one class). Personally, I havent played a monk, wizard, druid, paladin, rogue, or ranger. We could easily run Core content without feeling constrained.
Core not only means core classes and races but also resources like feats, traits, spells and equipment.
ReplyDeleteIf nothing else, because of the clause about starting as Core and switching to regular PFS, it could be used to build up some new low-level guys because all of that content would be opened up to be run/played again.
