It can sometimes take several weeks. I have gotten credit for 2 of my 3 sessions.I have credit for Bonekeep - session # 1,093. There may be cause for concern here.Still waiting for credit for #5-24 Assault on the Wound.

That makes sense. That's Legacy of the Stone Lords, and I dont have credit for it either. Does Izzy have credit for Bonekeep?
Izzy got credit for 2, as did kikki, Elise got 1.
We can report an issue with the reporting for you.
Paizo believes that all sessions are reported as of 8/26/14. If you are still missing session you should e-mail Mike Brock - mike.brock@paizo.com.
All of my Gen Con scenarios are now reported. How about the rest of you? Did Dave's Bonekeep get fixed?
