If you are playing you character that you already have(In your case the monk) you would have the money and equipment that you currently have.Randy had a witch. I am an Alchemist. Kara is a sorcerer. Corey is a fighter type. I think Steve was the cleric.If everyone wants to continue with these characters, there is no need to make new ones.
I thought it would be cool for somebody to play a Mwangi native. If only for another reason to say "Mwangi."
