Plan for Next Week

Since Alan and Kelly are planning to miss next week, It sounds like we will take a break from Reign of Winter.

That leaves Bruce, Dave, David, Randy and Steve (maybe Kati) as players. 

I can prepare something low tier PFS if Kati is planning to attend. This would likely be 9-04 The Unseen Inclusion.

If not, what level range would you like to play?

The next level of the Emerald Spire is Shrine of the Awakener and it is tier 5-7. This seems likely to complete in a single session. 

9-09 Beyond the Halflight Path is a tier 3-7 evergreen . I am getting the flip mat in the mail today (which is a time-saver). This too looks to be able to be completed in a single session.

Next week (1/30/18) and Beyond

Trying to get a plan for next week. We have tons of "easy" options with PFS.

Assuming Bruce is not available, I expect that we will take a break from Reign of Winter. I have some PFS adventures that he and I played that the rest of you have not. They are all tier 5-9 or 7-11.

The candidates are:

3-22 The Rats of Round Mountain—Part II: Pagoda of the Rat

6-13 Of Kirin and Kraken
7-04 The Ironbound Schism
7-23 Abducted in Aether

Knowing this group, many of the tier 7-11 scenarios will likely take us 2 weeks to complete. Alan will be there on 1/30/18 but not 2/6/18.

The other wrinkle is that Kati only has one PFS character with 1 XP. If we play a higher tier scenario, and Kati is there, she will need to play a pre-gen. If we want to do something lower-tier, there are some that only Bruce has played.

8-16 House of Harmonious Wisdom (5 linked quests)
8-18 Champion's Chalice, Part 1: Blazing Dangerous Trails (I believe that Bruce wants to run this one)

There are also the tier 1-2 evergreen scenarios:

6-10 The Wounded Wisp
7-10 The Consortium Compact

Randy also has a tier 1-5, 8-06 Reaping What We Sow, slated for him to run sometime. If he is interested in running more while Bruce is unavailable, he could also run 7-06 To Judge a Soul, Part 1: The Lost Legacy and 7-08 To Judge a Soul, Part 2: Karma Reclaimed (tier 3-7) which he, Bruce and I have played. I would use GM stars to replay.

I could also run some of the pre-gen specials as Core (as Dave, Steve and David have played all/some of them)

Any Interest in Running Ubiquity at Gen Con?

Is anyone going to Gen Con interested in running any Ubiquity events? If so, I am willing to write something for you to run.

I am running Supers, a Shadows of Brimstone mash-up, a new Mars adventure and re-works of a Surface World and a Hollow Earth adventure. I have some ideas for more Hollow Earth stuff but my schedule really does not allow more GMing. It would be cool to get some more actual Hollow Earth Games on the schedule.
